The above fees do not include supplements or laboratory assessments (optional). There is no tax on naturopathic consultation fees, however supplements and herbal medicines sold will have HST applied to their price. Please check with your insurance provider to check your coverage for Naturopathic Medicine through your extended health benefits.

Payment is due at the time of the treatment.
If you have extended medical coverage, you will be asked to pay us directly at the time of treatment and then follow up with your insurance company for reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call the clinic a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so that we may offer your appointment time to another patient. Failure to provide 24 hours notice or missing your scheduled appointment will result in you being charged the full visit fee. Monday appointments must be cancelled on the previous Friday.
